Brian T. Hemmert

Brian T. Hemmert has extensive experience in healthcare leadership.   Brian entered the mental health field as a mental health tech and served in progressively responsible positions culminating in more than 30 years of experience.   Mr. Hemmert’s expertise spans both internal and external communication, as well as, facility and program operations.  Brian Hemmert is a seasoned healthcare executive with both for profit and not for profit experience.

Brian has been engaged in several start up projects and program “turn arounds.”   He is a compassionate healthcare leader who governs with an emphasis on patient and family centered services that serve to increase satisfaction scores and increase referrals and revenue.

Brian has served as a Chief Executive Officer (CEO), on multiple occasions, in large and complex healthcare systems.    His CEO experiences provide him the expertise to help new CEO’s, healthcare leaders, and supervisors respectively.   Brian has a large breadth of knowledge about all areas of operations of psychiatric hospitals.   

Additionally, Mr. Hemmert has served as the Vice President of Government Relations for Meridian Healthcare.    In this role, Brian was responsible for oversight of both the clinical and financial operations of multiple facilities and service lines throughout the US.  This role also included development of external relationships with government agencies and the creation and expansion of new service lines.
