Lea specializes in major life changes (marriage, growing family, divorce, death, career change, etc.) as well as chronic illness, terminal illness, and caregiver stress. She also helps people who have experienced or are experiencing trauma or grief. All these things can cause you to no longer want to do the things you used to love, things that bring you joy. You feel like you to barely recognize yourself anymore. You may not even be able to put your finger on what happened; all you know is that you are not the same person you used to be, and you don’t like it.
So here you are. You know that you’re still in there somewhere. Lea will help you process what happened and untangle yourself from all of that. You’ll get your smile back, your laugh. You’ll finally be able to recognize and LIKE the person in the mirror again!
Lea utilizes solution-oriented and cognitive approaches. She looks at all aspects of your life; mind, body, environment, and spirit. What we believe about ourselves and the world around us totally affects our behavior and our feelings.
